About This Spot

Stepping into Buffalo Breakfast Co feels like settling into a well-loved corner of Sevierville where morning slows down just enough for you to savor it. The rustic, pioneer-inspired touches on the walls — buffalo motifs mingling effortlessly with warm wood tones — invite you to take a breath and settle in for something more than just a meal. There is a friendly hum to the space, a welcome comfort that sets a relaxed but cheerful pace, as if the place itself encourages you to take time, talk, and enjoy the moment.

The atmosphere here draws you in with its easygoing charm, where local hospitality blossoms naturally. From the genuine smiles at the door to the attentive care from servers who seem to know how to anticipate what you might need next, there’s a quiet attentiveness that feels like dining with old friends. It’s the kind of spot where you can arrive ready to try just one thing, but the richness of flavors and thoughtful touches invite you to wander through the menu, savoring every bite.

Food at Buffalo Breakfast Co is a playful balance between classic Southern comfort and creative twists that spark curiosity. Imagine waffles that don’t just satisfy hunger but tell a story — pecan-laden, sweet-spiced, or even studded with chocolate chips and bananas, each bite offering a little surprise. Meanwhile, French toast reimagined with tropical and seasonal toppings leans into comfort without ever being predictable. The breakfasts that arrive hot from the kitchen—whether it’s a perfectly cooked omelette filled with smoky and fresh ingredients or standout Benedicts served on potato pancakes—feel thoughtful without pretension.

What rounds out the experience is a quietly proud commitment to quality that lingers beyond the food: the aroma of freshly roasted coffee that drifts through the air, homemade sauces, and a selection of morning cocktails that gently nudge you to stretch out your visit a little longer. Buffalo Breakfast Co feels less like a pit stop and more like a discovery, a local gem where mornings have room to breathe and your breakfast can become a small celebration of place and company.

Our waiter was phenomenal. We are out of towners, stopping by. Found a spot on Google and upon answering was greeted with probably one of the best waiter experiences we’ve ever had. Daniel was incredible. He greeted us with a smile and his smile warmed our day. The food was great and the ambience is pretty awesome as well. The chocolate chip pancakes were a smash. The lemon ricotta were OK. Next time I’ll get the chocolate chip. We got chocolate chip for our boys and everybody raved about how great they were. The lemon ricotta we’re OK,just didn’t give me the wild factor that I was hoping for. Other than that, the experience was slamming. It’s super kudos to Daniel who kicked our experience off gaining this Spotify five stars. Will be back next time. We are in Tennessee.

Just wow — what a gem! Everything from the very beginning made our experience here truly wonderful. Our server, Daniel, was genuine, kind, and incredibly attentive. The food was really, really good — I loved that they served the Benedicts on potato pancakes instead of bread. The stuffed coconut French toast was such a treat! I didn’t realize they roast their own coffee in-house — what a pleasant surprise! Normally, places like this only offer regular coffee, so we brought our own, but I would’ve loved to try theirs. It’s great to see such a serious and thoughtful approach to coffee here. I definitely recommend this place. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere — just come here, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent food and service. We were greeted immediately and sat down. How do you order when it all sounds amazing! The flavors were spot on and the bloody mary was just right! A definite recommend. We need to support locally, no more chain restaurants!

Great atmosphere, good food and for a great price! The aesthetic is very pleasing, a rustic theme with Buffalo and pioneer type decor. They have a wide selection of morning cocktails, omelettes, sweet and savory items, definitely something to enjoy for everyone! Pictured is the sausage empanadas and the bayou omelette. The food took a little while to come out but that worked out for us as we needed to kill some time. Parking may be difficult to find, especially during rush hours however there is a free parking lot right across the street along with limited street parking.

Went in for breakfast and had Sarah take care of us. We got coffee to start but there was no sugar on the table. The greeter overheard us talking about no sugar and got us some when we couldn't get our waitress. We ordered our food and asked for more cream for our coffee. I got french toast and bacon. The french toast was seriously good. Light and fluffy with butter and powdered sugar. Of course I drowned it in syrup as well. The bacon was very good. Smoky and salty and cooked well. My fiancee got the same but potatoes instead of bacon. The potatoes were undercooked and somewhat crunchy. My daughters got pancakes and seemed to enjoy them. I enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere is fantastic. The prices are a bit steep for breakfast. I would recommend a visit and probably go again if I was out that way.

We wanted to try a good breakfast place in this area and we saw this place that has good reviews. And it was very good as mentioned by others. I had the hash scramble breakfast.. I guess I didn't realize it's not actually your typical corned beef hash.. but more like shredded pork, mixed with potatoes and eggs.. it still was very good.. and my wife had the eggs over easy. Made just the way she likes it. Both items as pictured. Service was pretty good too. I do recommend it was slightly a little pricey for breakfast, but worth the try. We don't live here but we do recommend it and we probably would try one other thing if we came back.

Took my daughter here for breakfast the other day. Such a cute place and the food was delicious. I recommend the Ham Benny with potatoes. Yum! My daughter got the French Toast with potatoes. So good. Will definitely be back!
